Police are investigating a serious crash at Littlehampton.
Just after 2pm on Monday 9 December, police and emergency services were called to the Old Princes Highway near Gardener Street after a Toyota 4WD left the road and crashed into scrub.
The driver and sole occupant, a 52-year-old woman from the Adelaide Hills, was airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical condition.
Major Crash are investigating and will examine if the driver suffered a medical episode prior to the crash.
