Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a serious crash that occurred in EATON, Sunday 28 March 2021.
About 10:31am a white Holden Colorado was travelling south on Forrest Highway when it has crossed the medium strip into the path of north bound traffic colliding with a Toyota Rav4 and a Toyota Camry.
The driver of the Toyota Camry, a 68 year old woman, was flown to Royal Perth Hospital with critical injuries.
The driver of the Holden Colorado, a 39 year old man, is being treated in the Bunbury Hospital.
Major Crash investigators are conducting an examination of the scene and are appealing for witnesses to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
