Police Are Responding To Serious Crash In Irishtown

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a serious crash that occurred in Irishtown (Northam) today, Saturday 20 July 2024.

About 5.20am, a white Nissan Patrol station wagon was travelling on Irishtown Road when the vehicle left the road and struck a tree.

A two-year-old boy who was a passenger in the vehicle sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to the Perth Children's Hospital.

The driver, a 34-year-old woman, was conveyed to Northam Regional Hospital with minor injuries.
