Police have arrested four people and seized an alleged commercial quantity of drugs in Port Melbourne last night as part of Operation Night Hawk.
Officers were conducting patrols at local crime hot spots when they intercepted a vehicle on Williamstown Road about 3am.
They searched the vehicle and the three occupants of the car where they allegedly located 10 litres of GHB, steroids, methylamphetamine, ketamine, a number of mobile phones, lock boxes and false identification.
The three occupants of the vehicle, a 25-year-old man from Wallington, a 24-year-old woman from Southbank and a 24-year-old man from St Kilda were arrested and taken back to a police station where they were interviewed.
Investigators have subsequently attended a short-term accommodation address in Southbank, where a fourth person, a 49-year-old man from South Yarra, was taken into custody in connection with the matter.
Police are currently searching the property and he is yet to be interviewed.
The three have been charged with traffick commercial quantity of 1, 4-Butandiol, possession of methamphetamine and Ketamine, handle stolen goods and possession of proceeds of crime.
They will appear in the Melbourne Magistrate's Court this evening.
