Homicide Squad detectives have arrested a man this morning as part of their investigation into the 2007 death of Joanne Howell in Hughesdale.
A 66-year-old Casterton man was arrested at his home address and will now be interviewed by police.
Last month police publicly appealed for further information in relation to the death of 51-year-old Joanne, who was located injured at her Poath Road apartment on 21 April, 2007.
