Police Arrest Man After Body Of Boy Found At Wilton

A man is in police custody as detectives continue inquiries into the death of a teenage boy in Sydney's south west.

Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command were called to bushland off Wilton Park Road, Wilton, about 7.25am today (Saturday 9 November 2024), after the body of a 15-year-old boy was found.

A crime scene was established and inquiries commenced by local detectives, assisted by the SCC Homicide Squad, under Strike Force Polda.

Following a public appeal for information, a 32-year-old man was arrested after presenting himself at Narellan Police Station shortly after 4pm.

No charges have yet been laid and inquiries are ongoing.
