Major Crash Officers have arrested a man following a fatal crash at Kersbrook earlier this week.
Just after 7.15pm Tuesday 10 March, police and emergency services were called to South Para Road after a Ford utility and a Peugeot station wagon collided head on.
A 44-year-old man from Kersbrook who was driving the Peugeot was taken to the Lyell McEwin Hospital with minor injuries. A 47-year-old woman from Hindmarsh Island who was driving the ute was airlifted to the Royal Adelaide, but sadly died shortly after arrival.
The driver of the Peugeot was arrested on Wednesday 11 March he has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrate Court on 29 April.
