A man was arrested at Port Adelaide this afternoon after allegedly brandishing a gel blaster outside a house.
Police were called to Leadenhall Street, Port Adelaide at 4.30pm on Wednesday 14 October by reports of a man yelling and waving a firearm around.
Police, including STAR Group officers, quickly arrived at the scene and talked the four occupants out of the premises.
The house was then searched and a black gel blaster was seized by police.
A 26-year-old Port Adelaide man was arrested and charged with create false belief, aggravated assault and possess firearm. He was refused police bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court tomorrow.
The incident was quickly and safely resolved by police and there were no reported injuries.
