Police have arrested a 52-year-old Malvern man after a laser was allegedly pointed at the police helicopter overnight.
Members of the Air Wing directed ground crews to an address in Royston Street, Malvern about 9.00pm after their aircraft was targeted.
Units attended the address and the man was arrested and taken to a local police station for interview.
He is expected to be summonsed for endangering the safe operation of an aircraft.
