Wodonga Police have arrested a man following a sexual assault in Wodonga last month.
Police have been told a 22-year-old woman was out shopping on High Street, when the alleged offender approached and sexually assaulted her about 4.30pm on Monday, 16 September.
The woman was not physically injured during the incident.
A 21-year-old Wodonga man handed himself into police at Wodonga this afternoon.
He has been interviewed and is expected to be charged on summons at a later date.
