A man will face court on Monday charged over an alleged sexual assault on a train this week.
The incident occurred about 5pm on Thursday 11 January. It will be alleged the man sexually assaulted a female on board the Seaford line train as she travelled between Christie Downs and Park Holme.
Following investigations by Southern District CIB detectives, a 21-year-old Aldinga Beach man was arrested and charged with rape. He was refused police bail and will appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on Monday 15 January.
