Homicide Squad detectives have arrested a man and a woman this morning following the death of a man in Manangatang near Swan Hill on Wednesday, 30 March.
Detectives arrested a 41-year-old West Albury man, and a 36-year-old West Albury woman in Albury, with the assistance of NSW Police.
Both will now be interviewed by the Homicide Squad.
The arrests follow an incident where emergency services were called to an address in Wattle Street about 9.15pm on 30 March after reports of a stabbing.
Police and paramedics worked on a man found with critical injuries, but the 58-year-old died at the scene.
