Police arrested a woman following an alleged arson in Windsor early hours this morning.
Officers swiftly responded to reports of a woman allegedly lighting a fire inside a service station on Punt Road about 12.30am.
The woman allegedly assaulted an attendant, who was not physically injured.
It is alleged that the woman resisted arrest on police arrival.
Officers deployed a taser and arrested the woman.
The fire was successfully extinguished and the service station sustained minor damage.
A 46-year-old Windsor woman remains in custody and will be interviewed by police.
A crime scene has been established and the investigation remains ongoing.
