Detectives have charged a 21-year-old man with a further 34 offences as part of Operation Xray Fiero, an ongoing operation targeting recidivist property offending in Logan and South Brisbane Districts.
On February 22, detectives arrested a 21-year-old Woodridge man at a Windsor address.
On February 23, he was charged with 34 offences relating to property offending alleged to have occurred between November 2024 and February 2025.
Today, February 27, the man has been charged with an additional 34 offences including seven counts of receiving tainted property, five counts of enter dwelling and commit, four counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, three counts of attempted enter dwelling with intent, two counts each of enter premise and commit, stealing, possess dangerous drug and possess utensils, and one count each of enter dwelling with intent, enter premise with intent, unlawful use of a motor vehicle (used for indictable offence), fraud, unlawful possession of a weapon, authority required to possess explosives (ammunition) and possess tainted property.
He has been remanded in custody and is next expected to appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court today, February 27.
So far over the course of Operation Xray Fiero, 12 people have been charged with 146 offences and 36 stolen vehicles have been recovered.
Police investigations are ongoing.
