Three men and a teenage boy have been charged and a youth remains in hospital following a crash and an alleged assault at Sylvania this morning.
Officers attached to Sutherland Shire Police Area Command were called to the Princes Highway about 1.25am (Saturday 15 March 2025), and found a ute parked in Venetia Street with a trail bike in the tray.
Both vehicles were damaged.
A short time later, police were advised a 17-year-old boy had presented to St George Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
Four people from the ute, three men aged 18, and a 17-year-old boy, were taken to Sutherland Police Station.
An 18-year-old man was charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm – drive manner dangerous and affray.
He was refused bail and will appear before Parramatta Local Court tomorrow (Sunday 16 March 2025).
Two 18-year-old men were charged with affray and were given conditional bail to appear before Sutherland Local Court on Thursday 10 April 2025.
A 17-year-old boy was charged with affray and given conditional bail to appear before a Childrens Court on Wednesday 9 April 2025.
