Police Charge Man After Armed Robbery In Leopold

Geelong Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man following an armed robbery in Leopold last month.

It is alleged the man entered a milk bar on Kensington Road about 4.30pm on 13 May, before allegedly threatening the shop attendant and stealing cash.

A 19-year-old Leopold man has been charged with armed robbery.

He was bailed to appear before the Geelong Magistrates' Court on 5 June.
