A man has been charged after he allegedly evaded police in a stolen vehicle in Hoppers Crossing yesterday afternoon.
Officers were called to reports an allegedly stolen Audi sedan was parked outside a property on Colliet Place about 2.20pm.
Police followed the vehicle to Tarneit Road, before stop sticks were deployed on Heaths Road.
The driver, a 27-year-old Werribee man, was arrested at the scene.
He's been charged with theft of motor vehicle, drive manner dangerous, drive whilst disqualified ad traffic drug of dependence.
The Werribee man has been bailed to appear at Werribee Magistrates' Court at a later date.
