Transit Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man following an alleged stabbing in Middle Park last night.
It is alleged a man verbally abused another man before stabbing him on a bus travelling along Canterbury Road, about 9pm.
A 27-year-old St Kilda man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries

Investigators allege that the offender fled the scene on foot and was located in a nearby lake, initially refusing to come out of the water.
With the assistance of the Water Police Squad the man was arrested and treated by paramedics.
A 32-year-old Prahran was charged with intentionally cause injury.
He was remanded to appear before Melbourne Magistrates' court today.
