Police Charge Man After Serious Crash Near Moss Vale

A man will face court today charged after a serious crash in the state's south last month.

About 7.35am on Monday 17 March 2025, emergency services were called to Eridge Park Road, Burradoo, near Moss Vale, following reports of a two-vehicle crash.

NSW Ambulance paramedics responded and treated the driver – a 48-year-old woman for serious facial and hand injuries.

The woman was transported by road to a nearby oval and airlifted to Liverpool hospital.

The driver of the other vehicle – a 39-year-old man - was taken to Bowral hospital for mandatory testing.

Officers attached to The Hume Police District responded and established a crime scene, with assistance from the Crash Investigation Unit.

The 39-year-old man was conveyed to Southern Highlands Police Station. He was charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm – drive manger dangerous and negligent driving (occasions grievous bodily harm).

He was granted conditional bail to appear in Moss Vale Local Court today (Tuesday 8 April 2025).

His license was also suspended.
