A man has been charged by police following several alleged unprovoked attacks in St Kilda last year.
The 19-year-old man has been charged with intentionally cause injury, recklessly cause injury, three counts of common law assault and two counts of affray.
The charges follow two incidents in which three men were allegedly assaulted in Acland Street and The Esplanade on the evening of Saturday 12 February.
It is alleged the victims were punched and kicked during the alleged unprovoked assaults.
The arrest and charges follow an appeal for information by police in July last year.
The Dingley Village man has been summonsed to appear before Moorabbin Magistrates' Court on 19 May 2023.
