Police have charged a 35-year-old man from Bridport in relation to a crash on Industry Road at Mount Direction on 12 September.
Police will allege the man was driving a grey Ford Ranger when it collided with a red Toyota Rav4. The four occupants of the Toyota received non-life-threatening injuries.
The man has been charged with multiple offences including Driver involved in crash and failing to stop, Drive while disqualified, Motor Vehicle Stealing, Possession of stolen firearms, and Possess a controlled drug.
He will appear before the Launceston Magistrates Court today at 11.30am today.
Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash or has dash cam and hasn't already spoken to police.
