Police have charged a man over the alleged supply of drugs in the Narrabri area.
Following an extensive investigation into drug supply in the Narrabri area officers attached to Oxley Police District executed a search warrant on a home in Hinds Street, Narrabri, about 11.40am today (Thursday 21 December 2023).
During the search officers located substances believed to be illicit drugs, cash, a crossbow, a taser and several other items believed to be used selling of drugs.
All of these items were seized for forensic examination.
Police arrested a 65-year-old man who was taken to Narrabri Police Station.
He was charged with possess prohibited drug, supply prohibited drug small and indictable quantity, deal with property proceeds of crime less than $10000 and two counts of possess or use prohibited weapon without permit.
The man was refused bail to appear before Tamworth Local Court tomorrow (Friday 22 December 2023).
