Taskforce Saturate has charged a 19-year-old Glenorchy man with armed robbery, after an incident at Cambridge on Wednesday.
It is alleged the man entered a store around 1pm and stole several clothing items. When confronted by staff outside the business, it is alleged the man threatened them with a knife.
As a result of several searches, the stolen property has been recovered.
No one was injured during the incident.
The man has today appeared before the Hobart Magistrates Court and has been remanded in custody to re-appear at a later date.
