A man has been charged following an investigation into drug supply in the Griffith area.
Earlier this month, officers from Murrumbidgee Police District commenced into the cultivation of cannabis in Bilbul, near Griffith.
Following extensive inquiries, a search warrant was executed yesterday (Thursday 27 February 2020) at a home on Macedone Road, Bilbul.
Officers located and seized 64 cannabis plants, ammunition and cannabis seeds.
A 64-year-old man was arrested and taken to Griffith Police Station, where he was charged with cultivate cannabis and possess prohibited drug.
He was granted conditional bail and is due to face Griffith Local Court on 15 April 2020.
