A 45-year-old North Hobart man was arrested and charged with evading police following an incident in the Glenorchy and Bridgewater areas yesterday afternoon.
About 1.40pm a blue Ford Falcon with registration L60TX evaded police on Grove Road, Glenorchy and again in Bridgewater.
A short time later the vehicle was successfully stopped on the Brooker Highway outside the Derwent Entertainment Centre and the man was arrested.
The man was bailed and will appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court on 13 November 2024.
