A woman will face court charged over an alleged assault in Sydney's east last week.
About 1.30pm on Tuesday 17 July 2024, emergency services responded to reports of an assault at an apartment complex on Namatjira Place, Chifley.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated a 17-year-old girl for injuries to her head.
She was taken to Prince of Wales Hospital as a precaution; she was treated and released.
Officers from Eastern Beaches Police Area Command arrested a 20-year-old woman at the scene.
She was taken to Maroubra Police Station and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
She was given conditional bail to appear before Waverley Local Court on Wednesday 14 August 2024.
Police will allege the incident was related to a food order delivery.
