Police are investigating a minor fire inside a supermarket at Bridgewater last night.
Around 7.40pm emergency services responded to a report of youths allegedly attempting to light a fire within the supermarket on Green Point Road.
The fire was quickly extinguished by staff, and minimal damage was caused.
Police have charged a 12-year-old youth in relation to the matter. They will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
Police are continuing to investigate the matter.
