Police Continue Search for Vehicle After Bowden Crash

Major Crash Investigators are still seeking the vehicle involved in the crash at Bowden last night.

About 7.50pm on Monday 19 August, police were called to Hawker Street after reports a pedestrian had been struck by a car.

The pedestrian, a 50-year -old man from Bowden, sustained serious life-threatening injuries in the crash and was taken to hospital for treatment.

The vehicle involved allegedly left the scene of the crash prior to patrols attending. Police are still to identify this vehicle.

Police advise that the two vehicles whose images were release this morning have been identified and eliminated from the investigation.
