Police hold concerns for welfare of Southern

Northern Territory Police hold concerns for two people travelling in remote Central Australia, who have not been seen since Monday.

Interstate travellers Yasemin Aslaner, 49 and Elias Awad, 22 are believed to be driving in a gold coloured Nissan X-trail with Victorian registration 1MG4BQ. The pair were last spoken to by police members are the Kulgera border checkpoint on Monday 19 July.

Police hold concerns for the Yaesmin and Elias as they have not been in contact with family or friends since Monday, and it is unknown what provisions and experience they have.

Police urge anyone who may have sighted the vehicle or knowledge as to their whereabouts to call 131 444 immediately.
