Police Hunt Clues in Katherine Aggravated Robbery 31 December

Northern Territory Police Force are calling for information after an aggravated robbery occurred in Katherine yesterday afternoon.

Around 2:30pm, police received reports of three youths, one armed with an edged weapon, entered a service station on Bicentennial Road. The youths allegedly threatened the employee before jumping over the store counter and stealing store items and fleeing the scene on foot.

A short time later, police attended the scene and commenced investigations.

Three youths aged 14, 15 and 16 have since been arrested and charged with Aggravated robbery and other related offences.

They appeared in court today.
