Police Hunt Leads in Katherine Burglary Case 15 November

Northern Territory Police are calling for information in relation to an aggravated burglary that occurred in Katherine East on Tuesday evening.

Around 11:00pm, the Joint Emergency Services Communications Centre received a report of three unknown males allegedly armed with blunt and edged weapons attempting to gain entry to a residence on Acacia Drive before they encountered the 83-year-old occupant.

The occupant retreated inside the premises and after failing to gain entry, the three offenders fled the scene on foot.

The offenders remain outstanding, and police urge anyone with any information to make contact on 131 444 and quote occurrence number NTP2400114646.
