Police Hunt Missing Teen in Eastern Suburbs

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's eastern suburbs.

Lethan McKellar, aged 13, was last seen at Waverley about 1pm last Friday (25 October 2024).

When he could not be located or contacted, he was reported missing to officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command who commenced an investigation into his whereabouts.

Police and family have serious concerns for Lethan's welfare due to his young age.

Lethan is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, 160cm tall, thin build, short brown hair, tan complexion, dark brown short hair with fringe at front and a mole on left cheek.

It is not known what he maybe wearing.

Lethan is known to frequent the Waverley, Parramatta and Emerton areas.

Inquiries have established that he may have been in the Oxley Park area about 1.30pm today (Monday 28 October 2024).
