Police in Darwin Charge Suspects with Drug, Serious Harm Offences

Northern Territory Police have charged a 53-year-old man in relation to serious harm and drug related offences.

The man has been charged with:

  • Unlawfully cause serious harm
  • Assault defenceless person
  • Possess schedule 1 dangerous drug - less than traffickable quantity x 2
  • Possess schedule 2 dangerous drug - less than traffickable quantity
  • Unauthorised possession of schedule 4 prohibited substance x 2
  • Fail to meet storage requirements
  • Possess ammunition without permit

He was remanded to appear in Darwin Local Court today.
