Police Investigate Armed Robbery At Coopers Plains

Police are investigating after an armed robbery at a tobacconist in Coopers Plains last night September 8.

Just before 9pm a man armed with a knife entered the Orange Grove Road business and demanded money while threatening an employee.

The man left the scene on foot with a quantity of money, heading south on Orange Grove Road.

The employee was not harmed during the incident.

Investigators are appealing to anyone with information, including dashcam vision of Orange Grove Road between Musgrave Road and Bosworth Street, around the time of the robbery, to come forward.
