Police investigate armed robbery at East Brisbane 23 October

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a licenced venue in East Brisbane, late at night on October 22.

Initial information suggests the male offender has entered the business on Lytton Road just before midnight and threatened a female employee with a knife, demanding cash.

The woman complied and the man fled with a sum of money.

No one was injured in the incident.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, with a proportionate build, wearing black shoes, long black pants and a black jacket with white stripes, gloves and a face mask.

Anyone with information that could assist police investigations is urged to come forward.
