Police Investigate Armed Robbery At Pimpama

Police are investigating following the armed robbery of a petrol station in Pimpama earlier today, July 25.

At around 4am, three offenders with face coverings and armed with knives smashed the front door of the Pimpama Jacobs Well Road business.

Once inside, the offenders demanded and took cigarettes and the cash register.

The male store attendant was not physically injured during the incident.

They then left the scene in the Black Audi Q5 they arrived in and stole the store attendant's Ford Focus.

Anyone who has any information about the incident, was in the area at the time and may have dash camera footage that could assist investigations, is urged to contact police.

Investigations are continuing. There are no further details available at this time.
