Police Investigate Armed Robbery At Waterford West 6 October

Detectives from Logan Criminal Investigation Branch are investigating an armed robbery in Waterford West overnight.

Around 6.50pm two men entered a store on Bourke Street and threatened the employee, demanding cash and cigarettes.

The employee complied and was not physically injured.

The two men stole a quantity of cash and cigarettes and fled the scene on foot.

Anyone with CCTV or dashcam vision is urged to contact police.

Investigations are continuing.
