Homicide Squad detectives are investigating after a man was located deceased in Bellfield this morning.
Emergency services were called to a Davidson Street apartment building shortly before 11.30am.
The man, who is yet to be formally identified, was declared deceased at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding his death are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
Police arrested a 54-year-old man, of no fixed address, nearby who will be interviewed in relation to the incident.
