Police are investigating the theft of a car from Mill Park in May which was recovered in Broadmeadows last month.
Investigators have been told a black Mitsubishi Outlander was stolen from a car port on Orsett Court overnight on 25 May.
A man dumped the stolen car in a Broadmeadows underground car park of a shopping centre on Pearcedale Parade on 18 June about 3pm.
Investigators have released images of a man they would like to speak to who may be able to assist with their enquiries.
