Boroondara police are appealing for public assistance to identify a man after a car was keyed in Hawthorn on 10 August last year.
Police have been told a car was parked in a carpark of an apartment complex on Drill Street when the incident occurred about 1.25pm.
It is believed an unknown male offender intentionally scratched the white 2022 MG SUV across every panel, causing $16,000 in damage.
Investigators have released an image and CCTV of a man that may be able to assist with their enquiries.
