A man has died after it's believed he was struck by a vehicle on a property in Stonehaven on 28 January.
A group of people were in a paddock just off Fyansford-Gheringhap Road when a male is believed to have been hit by a vehicle just after 9.30pm.
A male, who is yet to be identified, has died at the scene.
A driver and vehicle were located not far from the scene and that man is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated by Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives and a crime scene has been established.
