Police Investigate Hit-run In Keilor Lodge

Brimbank Highway Patrol officers are investigating a hit-run in Keilor Lodge earlier this week.

Police believe that a heavy vehicle collided with a black Toyota Yaris that was parked in the emergency lane on the Calder Freeway about 2.30pm on Thursday, 10 October.

The truck driver failed to stop at the scene.

The collision caused significant damage to the Toyota.

Luckily no one was inside the vehicle at the time.

Police believed the heavy vehicle may be a Hino 500 and will have significant damage to the left-hand side.

Police have released images of the damaged Toyota, in the hope someone with information may came forward.
