Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of two people in Mordialloc this morning.
Officers were called to a property on James Street just before 11am after reports two bodies had been located.
A 41-year-old Mordialloc woman and 38-year-old St Kilda man were located deceased at the address.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident is yet to be determined, however at this stage detectives are not looking for anyone else in relation to the matter.
Police also believe the parties involved were known to each other.
