Police are investigating a serious collision in Hampton Park this morning.
It is understood a vehicle collided with a truck on Hallam Road near Pound Road about 6.55am.
The male driver of the vehicle was airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Two other vehicles were damaged during the collision, however no one else was injured.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
