Police are investigating a serious two-vehicle crash at Pontville last night.
Around 5.20pm emergency services responded to reports of a crash on Glen Lea Road involving a silver Holden Cruze and a white Toyota Hilux.
Both drivers, a 20-year-old woman and a 75-year-old man, were transported to the Royal Hobart Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Both vehicles sustained extensive damage.
Glen Lea Road was closed while the scene was cleared.
