Police Investigating Robbery At West Beach

Police are at the scene of a service station robbery at West Beach.

About 9.15am Thursday 21 November, a man armed with a knife entered a service station on Military Road and demanded cash from staff. He left with an amount of money and was last seen heading north on a push bike.

Thankfully no one was physically injured.

The suspect is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 173cm tall with short light coloured hair and slim build. He was wearing a hi-vis lime green jacket, grey tracksuit pants and carrying a black backpack.

Patrols are currently searching the area.
