Police are investigating a serious crash between a car and a truck on the East Tamar Highway at Bell Bay last night.
Around 6.35pm, a white Hyundai IX5 hatch and a MAN '18-263′ flatbed truck crashed near the Tamar Valley Power Station.
The drive of the car, a 38-year-old man from George Town, and his passenger, a 25-year-old woman from George Town, were both transported to the Launceston General Hospital with serious injuries.
The drive of the truck, a 41-year-old man from Westbury, was not physically injured.
