Tasmania Police is investigating a fire at a Geeveston accommodation facility and café overnight.
About 12.30am on Thursday, 20 February police and the Tasmania Fire Service were called to the property over reports a building was on fire.
Upon arrival emergency services found an adjoining building to the café well alight.
The fire was extinguished a short time later, however the building and its contents were extensively damaged, with damage expected to be in the vicinity of $80,000.
All occupants at the property were able to escape without injury.
The cause of the fire is being treated as suspicious and investigations into the matter are ongoing.
