A 22-year-old man has been charged following an alleged assault in Brisbane City this morning, March 31.
Police were called to a disturbance at Brisbane Supreme Court around 10.20am.
It will be alleged the 22-year-old Acacia Ridge man was involved in an altercation with an 18-year-old Acacia Ridge man inside the courtroom.
The 18-year-old man sustained a minor injury to his back.
The 22-year-old man was arrested and has been charged with one count each of assault occasioning bodily harm whilst armed and making threats.
He is due to appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court on April 10.
Investigations are continuing.
