Police have charged following a 51-year-old Gailes man following a robbery in Annerley yesterday, March 4.
It will be alleged, about 3pm the man approached a woman on Sherley Street and made threats, demanding her vehicle.
The woman complied and was not physically injured.
The man fled the scene in the stolen Mitsubishi Outlander.
Shortly after, it will be alleged the stolen vehicle was involved in a two-vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of Ipswich Road and Annerley Road.
No-one was injured.
Police arrived on scene and arrested the man.
The 51-year-old Gailes man has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, driving unlicenced, robbery and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He is due before Brisbane Magistrates Court, today, March 5.
